I did a car quotation with outsurance on the 12 April, they could not beat my current insurance. I then requested the guy I spoke to send me an email or sms so that I claim for R1500 because I have been with my insurance for more than 3 years even now I am still waiting. I called them again yesterday, spoke to Christina who promised to investigate and come back to me even now I am still waiting. I feel like this is just false advert as their are not keeping their promises.
