I was driving to work when I received a call from outsurance consultant, I decided to give the lady an ear, unfortunately outsurance could not beat my car insurance, the lady I spoke to told me she will send me a link to claim R2500, I waited till today for link, I called to ask when am I gonna receive the link to claim, I was taken back and forth, no one could assist me. I haven't heard from them since, I'm very disappointed.
