False advertising strategy. BAD LAIRS

I have seen many adverts on Tv of outsurance with low premium and lots of savings for people,So I decide to get a quotation to see if I can also save but to my disappointment only to find out that's it's way higher than my current insurance.

Like they say if we can't beat your insurance we will give you R400 and consultant who helped me sent me the link where I can claim my R400 which I did complete and attached the relevant documents as required that was on the 05 June 2018 and they said a consultant will call me soon unroll today I am still waiting for the call. For such a big brand I am very disappointed in how outsurance conduct their business and makes me wonder if they are using a false strategy of marketing to get customers and which when they fail to do so they don't honor their word.
