False Advertising **** by Outsurance

I received a call from Outsurance on the 23rd of October 2018 to quote me on my vehicles and household content. First I spoke to the Manager, who phoned me and out of his own, assured me of the R400 pay out if they could not beat my current insurance plus an additional R400 if I have not claimed for 3 years or longer. He then transferred me to the consultant. Unfortunately they could not beat my current insurance premium . I requested the consultant we can again review in 6 months and maybe I will then move over to Outsurance as, with petrol hikes, I did not see myself committing to more expensive short term insurance. At the end of the call she said that she will forward documentation to me the following day in order for me to receive the R400 as well as the R400 whereas I have not claimed for 3 years or longer. I have not heard from them again. If you are going to advertise for something make sure you live up to what you are promising your customers. This is terrible. You guys need to get your act together
