False advertising R400 promotion.

I got a call from a Shaun, who claimed if they could not beat my current insurance price they would pay me R400, needless to say, he could not beat my current policy and said he will e-mail me the details, I have not received any feedback from them as yet, so I called them and they said they sent the info two days ago, but I still have not received anything.
