False advertising: R400????

I got a quote from Outsurance for my Tucson, they quoted me R771.56 and it was the best they could do. My current Insurance company Mutual and Federal price is R498.15. According to Outsurance's marketing campaign I am supposed to get R400 if they can not beat my existing cover price.<br> <br> I called the call centre today and they kept on giving excuses and said they would get some one to call me back. I feel this is false adverting, the campaign doesn't advertise that you will get excuses and a call centre telling you they don't know what to do?<br> <br> Very disappointed. I thought Outsurance would live up to their word.<br> <br>
