False advertising Outsurance

To whom it may concern; Outsurance does not live up to promises and advertising.

With our recent purchase of a car we have requested Outsurance to give us a quote on full comprehensive car insurance. At the same time we have received competitive quotes from other insurance companies. Outsurance was and is the highest priced insurance received. We have tried to negotiate a better rate with outsurance to no conclusion or resolve Outsurance advertised if they can’t beat a quote they will pay you R400 ? Outsurance could not match or beat every quote we have presented to them. Santam King price Iwise Discovery The consultants are very pleasant and understanding, awesome telephone manners.
