false advertising- lack of follow through
Stop advertising falsely on radio about the R400 on offer. I started talking to your call centre when I bought my new vehicle in may 2015 at the time I bought a 2015 mini that you didnt have on your systems yet so you couldnt quote me. I followed up last week for a quote and spoke to Tumi who sold me everything but wouldnt listen to my objective which was to lower my monthly premiums by 100 rand to warrant my move from my current insurer. Tumi spent two hours with me getting and verifying my details and trying to lower my quote and subsequently failed. He promised to work on it and call me back which he didn't and two days later I got a call from another call centre person who wanted to verify my details again. I asked him to get me his supervisor as I wasnt prepared to spend another 2 hours. Gugulethu came on line and I explained my situation and that I was waiting on Tumi and so we started the process again at which he promised to also call back after making sure he has a competitive quote. Today I get a call from Siyabonga who also expected me to spend another 2 hours with him #sorry. Pls can I have my R400. Enough quoting you failed. I was given an access of 5600 #wat a joke
