False advertising
I recently contacted Outsurance for an insurance quote for my car however they could not beat my existing quote. Due to the fact that they could not beat my existing quote, I should have received R500. Too date, I have not received anything, even after following up numerous times and having completed/sending the required documents. This took place about a month ago.
