False advertising

On seeing advert re get cash back or save. I followed up and they were unable to match or beat my current insurer. Then I was advised to email my current schedule to receive my cash, which i did. This was over a week ago and still had no response. I am very disappointed as they a big insurer and seems its a marketing ploy to encourage the public to get quotes and if unable to match they dont follow up and deliver. So its another database your details could be passed on to.

Really disappointing wont be falling for their marketing ploys again
