False advertising
Sent outsurance an sms for a quote. I was called by the agent on the 3rd March and unfortunately they could not beat my current premium. With that said I asked for the campaign money that you get if they could not beat your current premium. He promised to send the link to date 9th March I still have not received it. Should I now follow up on the link again,
