False Advertising
False advertising!
Outsurance is promising customers R500 if they can't beat your premiums. The agents keep on saying the money has been send through for processing, it’s going for a month now and I’m still waiting for the R500 promotion payback! They are such a disgrace!
I am glad I canceled my insurance with them , I sure the claim process is also as bad.
