False advertising

I got a call from a consultant who couldn't beat my current insurance. I asked about the R500 promo and they said they will send me a link via email to claim it. It's been a week and I still haven't received the email. I called them 2 days ago asking about it and the lady said they would call the following day but I'm still waiting. Outsurance advertises lies!
