False advertising
Bad service, false advertising, I while back I did a quotation with oitsurance for my vehicle, I remember it was on a Saturday but unfortunately Oitsurance couldn't beat my premium, so I then uploaded my current policy schedule on their website via a link that sent to me and after that the R400.00 will be deposited in my account, I am still waiting till today, this is FALSE ADVERTISING, THEY DON'T GIVE ANY MONEY IF THEY CAN'T BEAT YOUR PREMIUM.

We genuinely pay clients whose premiums we could not beat on a like-for-like basis and very sorry we did not complete the process with you. We have found two quotes from last year that we did with you, one in March and the other in July. We have escalated the latest (July) to our Quote Promotions Supervisor for urgent review and assistance, our quote promotions team will be in touch with you.
Not sure why we did not complete the process with you, but you can rest assured that we would never falsely advertise nor engage in any such activities. We are very sorry for the experience.
