FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi, I am sending this message on Hellopeter on behalf of my husband... I (E Muniandi) had spoken to a guy by the name of Theo on the 29 July 2020. He called me to do a quotation to see if he can beat my car insurance, unfortunately he was not able to beat the installments. ALL CALLS SHOULD BE RECORDED, during that call he asked me who would be the regular driver, i said to him that my wife (L Muniandi) is the regular driver on my other insurance with SAU. He then asked me who is currently driving the car regularly now and I had informed him that my wife is currently working from home due to the pandemic, so i am driving the car at the moment, so that does not mean i said i wanted to be the Regular driver. Now outsurance has rejected my R1500 cash promotion which is absolutely ridiculous. This means FALSE ADVERTISING!! Please go back and check the call that was recorded, I would like this to be sorted out ASAP
