False advertising
I app**** for a quote online hoping that Outsurance would beat my current insurance. The quote was much higher and I was of the impression that if they cannot match or beat my premium, that I would receive a cash back amount. I did follow up with an agent who sent me a survey link and nothing else. No feedback received since 22/06/2021 - clearly their promotions are false advertising.
