False Advertising and Sales Consultant don't know the terms and conditions on Promotions

Good day

I'm very disappointed in the Service from OUTsurance and your information which you have provided. Regarding the Promotions department, I'm not allowed to take ANY other short term insurance when I requested a quote on my vehicle insurance and asked for the R500 as OUTsurance could not beat my current Insurance with King Price's premium. The sales consultant should have told me that information, if I knew that, I would NOT have taken out the Pet Insurance after I requested a quote! So now that I took out another policy for my Pet and OUTsurance could not beat my premium with King Price they don't want to pay the R500.00. This is insane! Extremely Bad service. The Sales Consultant should know the Terms and Conditions of any promotion OUTsurance is running. I will be taking this further and make sure OUTsurance pay me my R500.00

We do not blame your for voicing your unhappiness, the level of service you have described is shocking!

Following the receipt of your complaint, we escalated the matter to our sales manager audit the call and address the incorrect advise given together with the lapse in service with our advisor.

Casey, from our quote promotion team has also sent you an email requesting your current schedule. Once we have received the required information, we will conclude the matter for you.

We apoogise for the disappointing service you have received from us up to this point.
