False advertising and poor service

Good day this is a false advirtising company, i requested the quatation for my car from this company and their price was very higher than any other company, but this customer advertise everyday as the best and cheep compony to insure with them, this is a series of sequance, this yers they refused to pay my insured equipment with them, their consultant come to my business and take infor but loaded wrong one to my profile and equipment. they then blame it all on me even if i provided them with a proof. they ignored it and chose not to pay or investigate. they are not what they say they stand for, they only need our money, and that is what they value. the consultant wil just give you lies. dont trust them. good in false advertising.
