False advertising and pathetic administration
I was unhappy with premiums from my current insurer and requested a quote from Outsurance. Outsurance were highier and couldn't match my current premiums. The consultant forwarded me the link for R500 promotion. The link didn't work, I forwarded an e-mail regarding this with the required documents...to this day, there was no email back regarding this or phone call. Either its false advertising or the administration is pathetic.
