False advertising and live call lies
So you could not beat my current insurance premium and I was promised a R400 and even got an sms to say I will get a link and nothing came from it. My point here is if you can lie on recorded calls and on national tv what chance do I have as one of your clients when it comes to claims stage. I do not need or want the money just stop lying to people as now I will never use you guys even if you can beat my premium.
