False advertising and failure to honour promises
OutsuranCe advertises that if you successfully refer someone to outsurance you'll get R1000 off your premium.
What a load of ****! I successfully referred my husband and have had countless calls and emails with the representatives of Outsurance regarding my successful referral and no one gets back to you. False advertising!!!!
If they can't even discount your premium by R1000 like they promise ...will they renege on claims too ...makes you wonder
This after I've been a loyal outsurance client for over 10 years.
So disappointing!!!!
