False advertising and dishonest company

Infact I should be taking the Outsourance team to the Ombudsman for wrong advertising.

I was called by Outsourance regarding a quote for motor vehicle they told me if they can't beat my quotation they will give me R1500, great the consultant took an hour of my time after they couldn't beat my insurance they dropped the call.

Few days after the manager called me, ask why I didn't take the insurance I explained and we agreed that he will then sent a link via sms or email to me to claim the R1500 wherein am supposed to furnish my current policy documents for verification.

Weeks have gone by and there is no communication from Outsourance, if the insurance fails to settle such a small amount of money in compensation of my wasted time one really start to wonder if they will even bother to cover a valid submitted claim.

But it is a dishonest of worst form for them to advertise their policies in this manner and not keep their part of the bargain, it's disgusting to say the least.
