<p>I hade existing cover with outsurance and then got a cheaper quote from another insurance company. When I called outsurance they said they cannot beat that and cancelled my policy. As I understood outsurance should be paying R 400 if they cannot beat another quote.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
