False advertising

I was sold lies by the Outsurance sales agent PRECIOUS LETSOALO. He signed me up for the essential plan which did not include the benefits that he sold to me. He did not tell me that this essential plan does not have free roadside assistance. He didn't even give me the option to choose between the plan. Imagine being stuck on the road and when you call your insurance then you are told they cannot assist because you are not covered. I honestly feel ****med by Outsurance. I cancelled my policy which offered me everything thinking i'm now covered by the most trusted insurance company, then boom zajiki zinto to the worst.
