False Advertising

<p>I called in for a quote on the 06/01/2017 and outsurance couldnt beat my exisiting insurance. I had to then beg for the details on how to claim the R400. I was told i would receieve an email as well as an sms. Today it is the 13/01/2017 and i havent received the sms. I called in and they told me it takes 72 hours but to date it has been 168 hours and no sms. Do not promise and advertise things to people which you cannot fufil</p>
