False advertising

<p>I am a previous policy holder with OutSurance but moved to Hollard a few years ago. I saw three adverts on tv, one stating that if they do not beat your current premium, they will give your R400 and another tv add stating R800 the third was 5 free boxoffice movies. So I made use of the opportunity and sms'd them.</p> <p>the first lady I dealt with, was so slow and I had to repeat and re-spell everything 8 times. We were only chatting about my car, not even home contents yet and the call lasted 40 minutes! I had a client meeting and had to cut the call short. She said she would call at 12 noon, but never did. So I sent another 3 text messages to them again before someone contacted me. When the lady quoted me on the car ensurance, the cost of insurance was R335 more than what I currently pay for my car only, not including household.</p> <p>I never got either R400 or R800 or 5 free movies as advertised.</p>
