False Advertising
<p>Outsurcance is unable to beat the monthly premium on our car and household insurance as adversised on television and they are now refusing to pay the R800.00 owed.</p> <p>My husband DL Bezuidenhout, phoned this morning and they had a looooong story about why they could not pay the R800.00</p>

So i get a call from outsurance. They want me to be the account holder and not my hubby. I tell them im not interested in being their client my husbans is. So the lady said for the promotion sake i need to be the account holder so i tell tell them fine. Then no matter that i have not claimed on the car for 3years on anything for the car and they could not beat my current premium. I dont "qualify" for the 800. And the best part is that they dont have the decency to call me back. Thaks for living up to my exceedingly low expectations of your company

And further to the previous comment. They then call my husband back and told him he no longer qualifies for the R400 because i was now the account holder. The agent never gave me any ofhis info and that was after i told her i was not interested in being a client. I Detest underhandes companies that dont play above board . Id you ow it pay it or dont advertise it.

Please note that considering im the account holder. Discussing my policy with anyone else is against the law (POPI act)and il be reporting you for that as wel as false advertising . And no where on your adverti*****t do you state does termsand conditions apply...

Further to the above... i cancelled the outsurance policy in the middle of March, the 16th telephonicaly, It is not my fault you cannot find it.
