False advertising!

I had a great call with Thembile Ndaba, great advice and was very patient. However outsurance should stop falsely advertising that if they cant beat your insurance they will pay you 500 because its a big fat lie. My friends husband says he's gotten called about 8 times and not once did he receive the link where you can supposedly make a claim for the 500. instead the only email they send is to rate the call with the agent. It's total bull****!
