False advertising
I got a call from Outsurance about vehicle insurance, I was told if they cannot beat my insurance I will get a payout of R1500. The consultant I spoke to said I would get an sms with an OTP of which I received and then an email will follow with a link of which I have not received. Another consultant called me and I explained what happened he said that he will get a consultant to call me and send the email with the link. He then gave me a reference to use for when I get a call from the consultant. It's been +/- 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a call or an email so I can claim the R1500.

I am in contact with one of your consultants Thurlo Adams and he advised that a payout of R500 will be paid within the next 5days. I don't understand why the amount changed from R1500 to R500 because I was previously told by one of your consultants that the amount paid will be R1500.
