False Advertising

I contacted Outsurance for a quote on my two motor vehicles I was given a quote and it was far more than what I am currently paying. I then asked about life insurance and the consultant quoted me. I then asked her to email me details before I accepted the quote. It was two days later that I telephonically accepted the quote. I then asked about the R400 because they could not match my car insurance and were told that it doesnt apply to existing clients. The fact of the matter is that I was not an Outsurance client at the time of being quoted on my vehicles and I only accepted the life insurance two days later. I see it as false advertising because in all the adverti*****ts nothing is mentioned about being an existing client and I was not an existing client at the time of the quotation. I have spoken to many people and not one person could verify that they received the R400 This makes me wonder if I want to deal with a company like that and is now debating cancelling the life insurance. I have asked for details of a manager to discuss the matter and after 3 weeks it has not been forthcoming. Very disappointed
