False advertising
Outsurance falsely advertises. They state they will pay up to R500 if they can't beat the prices of your current insurer.
They have failed to beat prices with my insurer twice and still i haven't received any payment.

We provided you with the quote on 7 August, the same day you lodged your complaint and the same day we sent you the link. To date we did not receive the required documents from you.
Our promotion manager, Refilwe tried to call you, and proceeded by sending you an email, requesting you forward her the required documents in order for us to finalise the matter for you.
