False advertising

On the 30th January 2015 I made a call to Outsurance to provide me with a quotation for insurance on my new car. The quotation did not match or decrease my current insurance and therefore I declined the quote. On Monday, 2nd February 2015, I received a follow up call from Outsurance re the quotation that I was given and I advised the call center agent that I have declined the quotation due to the premium. I also advised her that due to Outsurance not being able to match my quotation they should either provide me with R400 or a R500 Kalahari voucher as advertised. The call center agent advised that she will contact the agent who initially provided me with the quotation to arrange the necessary. I did receive a call from the call center agent but was told that they cannot provide me with the voucher or the cash as the quotation was done the previous month (please note that I requested the quotation on the 30th January and was called the following Monday the 2nd February whereby I advised of the cash and/or voucher to be provided by Outsurance). I explained to the call center agent that they provided the quotation the previous week, Friday. He would check this with his manager.
