False advertising
Beware, they advertise you: If you can get a better price, they will give you R500.00, It happened to me twice that I had insurance with them, and phoned them to cancel, because I could find a better premium. When I ask the guy answering the telephone, why am I not intitled to the amount they are advertising all over, he said I am not 3 years with them, ( I did not claim from them the entire time (nearly 3 years), I understood I do not qualify for the R1 500., but still qualify for the R500. He just rep**** NO.
