False advertising

The R400 car insurance quote promotion is total bull. Did a quote over the phone, hoping I would get a better deal then my current insurer, and the premium and excess was more then I have with my current insurance, no mention was made about the R400 promotion, very disappointed with Outsurance, I would never trust them, worse company i have ever had to deal with.
