False advertising

Im not happy with their false advertising, so they called me out of no where offering me insurance so we did the quote and it was very high so at the end of the call they said since they couldnt offer less than my current insurance they will send me a link to claim R500.They didnt send me the link only an sms saying they will send a link via email so i called them and since iv been waiting for the link till today, why do they offer something then dololo mxm.
