False advertising
My mom recently phoned OUTsurance regarding a add in the Media of R400.00 payable to possible clients if OUTsurance can beat their current Insurance quote. She spoke to Alfonso Voght [Very ****y] regarding this matter. He emailed me [Karin Potgieter] quotes with all the prices and insured items what he and my mom discussed over the phone. So my mom got a recent quote from her insurance. When my mom phone Alfonso again he wasn't available. I asked my mom to phone Alfonso again so that he can supply her with a email where I can sent the documents to. He said she must reply on the email what he sent to me, but I sent the email twice to [Email Removed] and a NO-reply email responded. When my mom phoned him again and asked him to phone me back, he phoned me and said he only works in the call centre and can't give me an email to respond to.
So is this a **** or what? Why advertise on the media if they can't keep your promises?
