False advertising

Outsurance is a company that is falsely advertising. They promise to pay R400 if they are unable to beat current insurance. I requested a quote and was given a comprehensive insurance quote for my scooter. When I said the quote is much higher than my existing insurance, the person told me that it is impossible. I am the one paying my current insurance and fully aware of my policy. When I enquired about the paying of the R400, I was told that I will be contacted. So far nobody has contacted me. I will not recommend them and I will also take this further with the advertising board for false advertising.
