FALSE ADVERTISING
How is it ever possible that a women driving a 2018 CX5 Mazda that has a value North of R200K can pay less @R601.00 ( see outsurance ad) than a 2007 polo valued under R70K.( quoted @ R1120), and with their special discounts other than full comprehensive, quoted @R700) They say its about the driver and not about the risk factors of the type of vehicle, this is not TRUE. Ads depict one thing and your agents say something else. I wonder how many other ppl get dooped. If we can't best your current premium, we will give you R1500 only if you take up the " new policy with with us" Simple mathematics: +/- R500(current premiums)vs R700 (Quoted premiums)+ Joining fee/agent commission= R8400+R400 (commission)=R8800-R1500= R7300 VS R6000 per annum. Which is better? FALSE ADVERTISING.....
Thank you for your feedback.
Gina from our promotion department contacted you and wanted to discuss the claiming process as per our promotion. You informed her you are not interested in the latter.
Further to that, our sales manager was not successful in reaching you to discuss the concerns you raised about our advertising and rating principles.
We do hope to get the opportunity to discuss your concerns. We can assure you all our advertised premiums are based on actual risk profiles, of which a wide variety are considered.
