False Advertising

I have an insurance cover with another insurance company. I added another car on the policy and it got high.<br> I then decided I start shopping around for something cheaper.<br> I contacted Outsurance. I got a call an the amount quoted was twice what I'm currently paying, with the same Excess.<br> <br> Even with Essential outsurance he could not beat my current premium.<br> <br> At the end of the call he never mentioned that he will pay me R400 as advertised.<br> <br> Now, are these Outsurance adverts real or just misleading the public?
