False advertising

I requested a quote on line. I was called, by an agent. She could not beat my current insurance. She advised I had done another quote previously, but I qualified. I did a follow up and manger confirmed that she said I qualified for pay out on the phone, ( although I did not) and will send my request through to be paid, since i was promised on the phone. It has been 4 weeks now, still no feedback. Why advertise something if you are not going to keep to it? <br>
