FALSE ADVERTISING

I saw the add on tv that indicated that Outsurance will pay R400 if they cant beat your installment and they will even pay R800 if u did not have a claim in the last 3 years.

I called them, they could not beat my installment. When I called them back to claim my R800, the lady that answered informed me IF U DID NOT MENTIONED IT IN YOUR FIRST SENTENCE THAT U WANT TO HAVE THE MONEY IF THEY CANT BEAT IT - U CANT CLAIM THE MONEY. I said to her that it is not stated like that on the TV add, she said that she will forward the claim to the claims department. It is now 4 weeks later and I was not contacted yet.

If u put an add on tv and u dont stipulate all the rules and regulations, it is *****!
