False advertising
I called outsurance to receive a comparative quote - especially since every add I have seen and heard says that they can better my premium and if they didnt that they would give me R400. They of course could not beat the premium that FNB insurance have provided us with and the sales consultant (who was great) didnt even bother to mention the R400 that's always advertised. Needless to say, pointless exercise and false advertising - not keen on doing business with Outsurance in future.
