False advertising

Called Outsurance to see if they can beat my current insurance quote, after hearing the advertising of R400 or R800 cash back if they can beat my quote. Spoke to a gent by the name of Sibosiso on Thursday around midday, took about 20 min to get all my details and at the end, the quote was R200 more and with an excess. He said they will send me an SMS and then an email link to follow to get the R400 or R800. Have received the SMS just after we spoke on Thursday the 15th November, stating they will send a link to my email address. I called in around 14h00 to make sure they have captured my email correctly and the lady confirmed, they have. This is poor service and false advertising!
