False Advertising
I was called repeatedly by an Outsurance agent until I ended up doing a quote as I also felt I was paying too much with my current insurer. Unfortunately the agent was unable to beat my quote and said they will send me an email for me to get my R800 however I am still waiting for the email. I got the OTP on the 12th of November, same day the quote was done but still waiting for the email to this day. Please let us know Outsurance why you advertising promises you can’t keep???
