False advertising
One big ****!! I phoned Outsurance to get a quote for car insurance as I wanted to save money on my current premium. The person on the other side of the line just gave me their premium and it was more than double as to what I am paing now!!! She didn't even try to help me to save money and never mentioned the R400 they will pay you if they can't beat your quote. False advertising if you ask me!!! This was almost 2 months ago and still no R400 or cheaper quote.
