False Advertising!
So Outsurance calls ME for their new promotion and cannot beat what I'm paying now. After numerous calls from my side, e-mails from my side, a complaint from my side, I call them again to find out what happened to them paying you R400/R800 if they "can't beat your current insurance". Well, after a lengthy wait, after I send them my current policy, they come back on the only thing they could use as an excuse with me (the policy holder) not being listed as the regular driver...really! We are both drivers on that policy and the policy is in my name... There is the reason I would never move to Outsurance and ALWAYS refer them to Miway instead. Outsurance would also use technicalities to get out of setteling their client's claims. YOU are a joke

The campaign T's and C's clearly stipulate we need to do a "like for like" comparison. If we don't quote on exactly the right driver, we are not doing a like for like comparison.
