FALSE ADVERTISING
I needed emergency assistance from Outsurance when I had a vehicle break down. guess what? Outsurance was unable to assist me because I had an existing insurance with them but not that of a vehicle. So as per their adverti*****t of 24/7/365 days emergency assistance even if you are not their client, is just a joke false adverti*****t. WHATCH OUT for this this scan company

Our feedback provided that the once off benefit available on the app to non-clients refers to individuals without any insurance cover with us is correct. We do however take heed of the point you raised.
To reassure you though, if our emergency assistance is required for the cover you do have with us, we are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
