False advertising

On the 4th of May I did a quotation nr ********** with Outsurance. On the 9th of May I emailed Tiffany Oates regarding the cash back payment as what Outsurance is eager to advertise, as Outsurance was unable to beat the quotes received from Verseker, Miway, 1st for Woman as well as Momentum of which I attached copies. Up to now I am patiently waiting for a reply of even a phone call from Outsurance. I phoned this morning an was advised that she will urgently call me back and now hours later I am still waiting for a phone call. This is also not the 1st time I requested a quote from Outsurance. This happened last year as well and when you advise them that there quote is too high they just die a sudden death and you never hear from them again.
