False advertising

I heard ad on 94.7 for outsurance, if they can't beat your insurance premium they give you R400 and if you didn't claim for 3 years or longer they give you R800, i smsed the number through and got a call back, they were unable to beat my current premium but they never said anything about my banking details to pay me the money due to them not being able to beat the current premium. If you are going to advertise for something make sure you live up to what you are promising your customers. This is terrible. You guys need to get your act together.
