False Advertising
I was called by Outsurance who told me they will do a quote for me and If their quotation is higher than my current insurance premium they will give me R800 back. Their quote was higher by R1000, they sent me the link to claim the R800, After sending them proof of my current premiums they don't get back to you. If they cannot honour their current advertising promotion of the R400 giveback ie. they cannot beat your current premium,Imagine when you call them for a claim what excuse they will give you for not paying.
